Description:
Ingredients: 1/2 cup soy protein powder
or low-carb flour -- I use
Extreme low carb flour from
lowcarbnexus.com
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 packets artificial
sweetener -- (2 to 3)
1 egg
1 egg white
2 tablespoons heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup strawberry seltzer
water (sugar free - carb
free)
How To Prepare: Mix protein powder or
low-carb flour, cinnamon
and artificial sweetener. Set
aside.
Beat together egg, egg
white, cream, vanilla. Add to
dry mixture. Add seltzer
water.
Blend with a whisk until
there are no lumps and the
batter is creamy. Drop
batter onto hot buttered
skillet one at a time with 1/4
cup as a guide. Makes
about 10 pancakes and 3 is
a serving. enjoy!


I have been working on
creating a good low carb
pancake for quite some
time...and I really think I
have found something to
satisfy my pancake longing!
They are so much like a
real pancake; it's awesome!
Plus, they are sweet and
flavorful so you probably
won't need any syrup at all!
