Beat one (or more) eggs in
a small dish.
Add sufficient crushed pork
rinds to form a moist 'glop'.
Allow to sit 10 min. or so,
until all the egg has been
absorbed by the pork rinds.
Shape it into one or more
rounds and fry in butter until
brown, then turn and fry the
other side similarly.
Serve with sugar free maple
