How To Prepare: Beat one (or more) eggs in
a small dish.
Add sufficient crushed pork
rinds to form a moist 'glop'.
Allow to sit 10 min. or so,
until all the egg has been
absorbed by the pork rinds.
Shape it into one or more
rounds and fry in butter until
brown, then turn and fry the
other side similarly.
Serve with sugar free maple

Positive aspects of the product (pros): French Toast - need I say more!
Cons: Grinding pork rind nuggets. I hate those things.

Was Deeeelicious. No pork rind flavor at all. I added a 1/2 cup of Half and Half to make the mixture more liquid like.

I love this! I think it's really good - and you will be surprised that you cannot taste the pork rinds. The only part that is a pain is making the pork rind "flour"... but that is eased by the yummy french toast
