Ingredients: 2 1/2 cups ground almonds
1/3 cup melted butter
1/3 cup artificial sweetener
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup water
How To Prepare: Preheat oven to 375F Mix
the eggs and almonds. Add
the rest of the ingredients,
adding the water last and
using as much as you need
to bring the mixture to
muffin batter consistency.
Mix thoroughly. Line 16
muffin cups with paper
cupcake liners. Spoon
batter into the cupcake tins,
filling about half-full. Bake
15-20 minutes or until
muffins spring back when

and bake in a well-buttered
loaf pan.
