Ingredients: 2 eggs
1/2 cup soy flour
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 pinch salt
1 dash pepper
How To Prepare: Makes about 4-6 servings

Mix all ingredients well
(dough very stiff). If you have
a noodle
press, it works the best
(looks like a huge garlic
press)or press dough thru
collander/strainer into a big
pot of boiling water, boil for
a couple
minutes, strain and toss
with butter! Serve as is or
add your favourite
lo-carb sauce! It was so
nice to have pasta again,
something I really miss!
