Ingredients: 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese --
per shell, Shredded
no more itemized
How To Prepare: Heat non-stick frying pan
over Medium heat. Spray
with olive oil spray
and add 1/2 cup cheese.
Sprinkle evenly. Fry until
golden on the
bottom. The oil will
separate out of the cheese
and needs to be removed
so flip shell and then take a
thick paper towel folded
times four and run
it around the edges until the
oil is soaked up and the
shell is browned
on both sides. Remove
from pan and shape into
taco shell and let cool.
These also work very well if
cut into chips for dipping.
good with Cream Cheese
Crab dip.
