Ingredients: 2 cups high gluten flour
1/2 cup wheat bran
3/4 Cup any 0 carb protein
powder -- May omit and
increase high gluten flour
by 1/2 cup, add carbs)
1 tablespoon vital wheat
gluten -- May omit, but gives
higher rise and lighter
2 eggs
4 ounces warmed heavy
2 ounces melted butter
(real butter)
2 tablespoons Yeast
2 tablespoons Sugar
(burns off)
1/3 teaspoon Salt
1 cup warm water
How To Prepare: Hand knead or use bread
machine. Allow to rise once
(about 45 minutes).
Gently work dough, divide
and place in 3 buttered or
Pam sprayed small oaf
pans (8 * " x 4 * " x 2 * ").
Spray loaf tops with Pam.
Cover and place in warmed
oven for second rise (about
45 minutes).
Uncover and turn on oven to
325 degrees F. Bake for
20-25 minutes. Cool
thoroughly before slicing.

NOTES : Carbs break down
as follows - will vary by
brands, so check your
high gluten flour = 126;
wheat bran = 6; vital wheat
gluten = 1; eggs = 1.2;
cream = 3.5 == total = 137.7
If additional hg flour is
used, and protein powder
and vital gluten are omitted,
total = 168.7

137.7g=45.9g per loaf
12 slices=3.83g carb each
15 slices=3.06g carb each

168.7g=56.23 per loaf
12 slices=4.69g carb each
15 slices=3.75g carb each
