16 oz soft tofu (8.6 carb)
16 oz cot cheese (8.4 carb)
1 cup mayo (0 carb)
17 gr of carbs in base dip.
1 Good Season's Italian Dressing pkg. or any dressing. or tons of fresh herbs, or dried herbs or spices from cupboard, or artichoke hearts and sun dried tomatoes, or... anything you like.
How To Prepare:
Blend first 3 ingredients until smooth. Portion out into several bowls and season each bowl differently with whatever you have on hand. Take each bowl and portion out into small little tupperware containers. chill thoroughly. if you can get 10-14 portions out of 32 oz, figure about 2-6 gr per portion. that's lunch right there!
