Ingredients: 1 Gorton's "Grilled" salmon fillet (1)
1 large "La Tortilla Factory" low-carb wheat tortilla (5 net)
1 tsp chopped dill pickle (.1)
1 1/2 tsp mayonnaise (0)
1 tbsp chopped green onions (.4)
1 hand-sized piece of red-leaf lettuce (.3)
How To Prepare: Cook the salmon however you like, till it flakes easily.
Break it all up, and combine in a bowl with the onions, pickles, and mayo.
(Just like making tuna salad...)
Warm the tortilla to make it pliable, lay the lettuce on, spoon in the salmon mixture.
Wrap, and enjoy!
