Description:
Ingredients: 3 eggs
3/4 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup water
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup artificial sweetener
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
cinnamon


How To Prepare: Combine all in blender until
almost smooth.


Pour into 6 6oz custard
cups.Sprinkle with
cinnamon.


Place in a baking pan. Pour
hot water in pan to reach 1
inch up sides of custard
cups.


Bake at 350 for 35 min.
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: 28g carbs total

Positive aspects of the product (pros):
Cons:

I've made this recipe omitting the water (makes it too runny) many, many times. It is definitely a winner. Tastes better if allowed to sit overnight (if you can wait that long). Its also very good with about a 1/2-1C of pureed pumpkin in it - add pumpkin spices for more flavor.

Cons: sometimes gets watery if eaten when warm
