Description:
Ingredients: 2 Kool Aide Packet (any
flavor -- I like cherry)
1/2 Cup splenda
1 Tbsp. Sweet 10 (or
another 1/2 cup splenda)
4 Packets Unflavored --
Unsweetened Gelatin
4 Cups Water

How To Prepare: This can be made with a full
cup of splenda, or to cut the
carbs in half, half cup
splenda and a tbsp of
sweet 10.

Place Kool Aide, splenda,
sweet 10, and gelatin in a
bowl. Add 3 cups of boiling
water. Mix, mix, mix, mix!
Make sure theres no little
chunks of anything in it at
all. Now pour the mixture
into a flat 8 1/2 x 11 baking
dish. Add 1 cup cold water,
and refrigerate until it has a
nice, jello consistancy.
There you go! In my opinion,
tastes much better than diet
jello, and is Aspartame free!

With a full cup of Splenda,
carbs count would be 24.
with Splenda and Sweet 10,
carb count would be 12.
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: no counts provided
Effort (Easy, Average, Difficult): Easy

Positive aspects of the product (pros):
Cons:

I made a few changes...made Jigglers using
1 pkg cherry Kool Aide
4 pgks Knox gelatin
1/2 c cherry DaVinci Syrup
1 1/2 c hot water.

Taste is still better than the sugar-free Jello and it should drastically reduce the carbs.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Yummy!
Cons:

I love this dessert. It's easy to make and very low in carbs. There are many different flavors to choose from. You use UNSWEETENED Kool-Aid, so there is no Nutrasweet (aspartame).

It tastes great plain, as finger jello, or with a little homemade whipped cream on top.
