Ingredients: 40 ounces cream cheese --
room temp
5 large eggs -- room temp
3/4 cup artificial sweetener
-- (18 packets)

1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup heavy cream
How To Prepare: Make sure cream cheese
and eggs are at room
temperature! Heat oven to
350 degrees. Spray
springform pan with
cooking spray. In large
bowl, mix
eggs, cream, sweetener,
and vanilla. Add cream
cheese in 2 oz. chunks for
beating. After all lumps are
gone, pour into pan and
bake about 60 minutes.
Chill overnight.
