How To Prepare: Take some cheddar cheese and shred it up. Place it in a shallow plate. Put it in the microwave for a couple of minutes. Drain grease and microwave again till you have little or no grease left. This dish will be hot. Break into small pieces and enjoy.

Cheese is typically 1 carb per ounce.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): MMM Cheese!!!
Cons: none

This is a great way to enjoy a crunchy texture. I use sharp cheddar or parmesean for a little twist. I don't microwave though...just put in a small non-stick frying pan and cook on the cooktop til bubbly and melted. Let it cool then slide it out and cut/break it up.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Very easy

Just tried this. Loved it. Tastes like a Cheez Nip. Think I might try this in a hot oven to see if I can make a large batch of mini rounds for parties.
