1/8 cup mushrooms
1 tablespoon sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
How To Prepare:
Combine cabbage, 1 table spoon of water, butter, garlic, salt and pepper in a small saucepan on medium high heat. Cover and simmer 5-10 minutes until cabbage starts to tenderize. Remove cover, add mushrooms and simmer 3-4 minutes. Then add the sour cream and sautee for 2-3 minutes, or until everything is well blended and the cabbage is the firmness you like. This tastes better than it sounds!
