Positive aspects of the product (pros): Very Good.
Cons: None

I use this recipe all the time. I have never tried it with the coconut extract. I just use the pudding and the creme. If you want less carbs, you can use the large box of sugar-free pudding(any flavor)and one cup of creme with two cups of water. Just whip with a blender and it becomes very fluffy. I love this stuff!

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Excellent!
Cons: none

One of my fave's! I use Torani SF coconut syrup (about 1 T) instead of the coconut extract. I also used only 1C. of cream and 1C. of water. I added unsweetened shredded coconut as well.... DELISH!!! Top with a little whipped topping and strawberries if you wish! Divine!
