Ingredients: 1 IB. Chicken Breast
Approx. 1/4 C. Buffalo Sauce
Parmesan Cheese
Olive oil
Salt & Pepper
1 or 2 eggs
How To Prepare: Cut chicken to desired length. Season parmesan with salt & pepper. Bread chicken in seasoned parmesan using egg(s). Fry in hot oil until completely cooked through. Reduce heat and coat chicken with Buffalo Sauce. Serve with Bleu Cheese dressing.
Number of Servings: 3-4

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Wonderful and easy!
Cons: none

Fixed this tonight for supper and loved it. I didn't have olive oil so I used Canola oil. Turned out great! I also mixed my hot sauce (Franks Buffalo Hot Wing sauce) with butter before pouring over my chicken.

I cooked up the chicken then removed from pan then lightly tossed with Texas Pete's wing sauce.
Placed them over a bed of romaine and spinach. Topped with bluecheese dressing celery sticks on the side. Was hit the hole family loved it.
