Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups pecans --
minced (I used my food
processor & about 1 1/2 c.)
2 tablespoons artificial
sweetener -- splenda

1 1/2 tablespoons butter --
How To Prepare: Mix all together in small
bowl; press into bottom of
10" springform pan
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: 33g carbs total

Positive aspects of the product (pros): easy to make

My husband and i have been dying for a good crust to envelope our new cheesecake fetish; we are currently still getting used to the new ways of preparing meals, and of course, i was hoping for an actual crust. This recipe did add some crunch to the cake which was nice, but i suggest you not go into the recipe expecting a normal crust... if you are expecting a nutty layer, you're probably better off. It was tasty though, and extraordinarily easy to prepare.
