Description:
Ingredients: 16 ounces cream cheese --
softened
3 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup artificial sweetener
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 package sugar free
instant pudding mix --
Chocolate
How To Prepare: Preheat oven to 350ˇF.
Place all ingredients in a
bowl and blend for 15
minutes.
(Use food processor, mixer
or blender and alter time as
appropriate to mix
completely.)
Pour mixture into a 9-inch
non-stick pie pan. Bake 1
hour.
Turn off oven and allow
cake to remain in oven
1additional hour.
Refrigerate till chilled and
cut and serve. Store,
covered with plastic wrap, in
the refrigerator for up to 4
days.
Serves 8.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): My guests enjoyed it.
Cons:

I like desserts a little sweeter, so I topped it with some Russell Stover low-carb chocoalte sauce. I was serving this to people who are not eating low-carb and they thought it was fantastic. When I volunteered to bring a low carb dessert they were a little skeptical, but they liked it.
Also - 15 minutes is way too long to beat. I put it in my kitchenaid and 5 minutes would do the trick.
