2 cans chopped clams
1-2 packets Splenda
1 C. Milk or Cream
3 T. Butter
parsley, salt & pepper
1 T. cornstarch/mixed in 1/4 C. chicken broth
How To Prepare:
Brown bacon pieces, break up cauliflower, add celery, onion, garlic, spices and 3/4 can chicken broth, simmer til tender, mash with potatoe masher, then add Splenda, clams, butter, heat til hot, and thicken if wanted, with cornstarch mixture.
