Description:
Ingredients: 2 Strips bacon
1 Head cauliflower
4 stalks celery chopped
1/2 onion chopped
1 clove garlic minced
3/4 can chicken broth


2 cans chopped clams
1-2 packets Splenda
1 C. Milk or Cream
3 T. Butter
parsley, salt & pepper
1 T. cornstarch/mixed in 1/4 C. chicken broth
How To Prepare: Brown bacon pieces, break up cauliflower, add celery, onion, garlic, spices and 3/4 can chicken broth, simmer til tender, mash with potatoe masher, then add Splenda, clams, butter, heat til hot, and thicken if wanted, with cornstarch mixture.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Very tasty, easy
Cons:

My family liked this a lot. I added more clams to mine. It made a lot more than I thought it would. Id like to know the carb counts but I am not to good with this kind of thing.
