In a caserole dish - layer pepperoni and salami on the bottom, add pizza sauce (Ragu Pizza sauce is low carb)- use a brush to dab it on, you won't need much. Then layer 3 different cheeses, more pepperoni and salami, more sauce, more cheese, and any toppings you like - green peppers, mushrooms, onions, anything!
Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. AND all you cold pizza lovers - after being in the fridge overnight - cut a slice and it tastes just like cold pizza!
