2 cups flour substitute of choice
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
4 tbsp lard, butter, or other solid fat
3/4 cup "milk" (half cream half water)
How To Prepare:
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. Cut in fat until crumbly. Add "milk" just until dough forms a ball. Let rest for 5 minutes. Roll or pat out to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut into 16 biscuits. Place on tray and bake at 350 for 10 - 12 minutes.
