Ingredients:

1 Low Carb Cake Mix
2 small boxes of Strawberry jello (sugar free)
Cool Whip
7-10 large Strawberries
10X13 pan or about the same size.

How To Prepare:
|
Cook Low Carb Cake as instructions say.
When done poke holes in top of cake with knife(about 1-2 inches apart).
Make jello as instuctions say but do not chill. Pour the liquid jello over the cake evenly.
Put in Fridge let chill for at least 4 hours.(I usually let it chill over night)
Then slice stawberries and place evenly along the top of the cake and top with cool whip.
