1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons sugar free
peanut butter -- melted
2/3 cup protein powder
8 packages artificial
1/4 cup water
How To Prepare:
Preheat oven 325 degrees.
Mix oil and eggs until well
blended. Add the dry
ingredients in a mixing
Melt the peanut butter in the
microwave and pour it into
the dry ingredients.
Add the oil & egg to the dry
ingredients and then add
the water. Stir until blended.
Pour the batter into a
non-stick sprayed loaf pan
and back for 20-25 minutes.
I cut the loaf into 15 slices,
wrapping 3 slices per
I had mine butterless, but I
think butter would be really
good with it. I may add nuts
next time, too!

Positive aspects of the product (pros):
I am generously giving this a 4 since I don't want to be just mean.
The scent was very good, color and texture was good too, but the taste....ICK.
Perhaps I have made a big goof somewhere along the way when I prepared this recipe, but I double checked everything before I went to the next step, each and every step of the way.
This had no sweetness, even though I added extra sweetener. There was a flavor of burnt tires too it. Please tell me that I did something wrong somewhere. Or maybe there is an error in the recipe?
