1 deer roast
2 teaspoons basil
2 teaspoons garlic salt
2 teaspoons oregano
1/2 cup vinegar
How To Prepare:
Place all in a pot of water to boil. You should boil for about 1-1/2 hours. When done, slice and add a very little bit of season salt to top. Serve with a side of green beans. Very tasty, few calories.

Positive aspects of the product (pros):
Have lots of deer meat
Can I ask why the vinegar? I've always soaked mine in milk over night to tenderize and to soak out the gamey taste, plus I cook in a crock pot for 7-8 hrs. but this is the first time I've heard of vinegar.
