1 cup MaltoMeal puffed rice
1/4 cup unsalted butter
2 tablespoons crunchy
1 1/2 ounces unsweetened
3/4 cup artificial sweetener
How To Prepare:
Melt chocolate with butter
(60 sec. in typical
microwave, then stir till
smooth). Stir in peanut
butter and Splenda, then
add puffed rice. Press into
a buttered 9x9 pan and
refridgerate till firm enough
to cut into at least 20

Positive aspects of the product (pros):
this recipe is excellent. i used whey low d sugar sub however so it came out grainy. once hardened i didn't notice the graininess. next time i will use unsweetened cocoa and cook on the stove top to see if i can dissolve the sugar a bit. i will definitey make this again. oh and i used erewhon krispy brown rice cereal so it tasted like a nestle crunch bar!
