Positive aspects of the product (pros): Sounds good
Cons: Carb Count seems very, very low

I did a rough estimate of the carbs in this dessert based on 12 servings and I come up with about 25 per serving and that is using only 1 box of the snackwells cookies instead of 2. If you make the dessert without the cookies and without the cornstarch it will be roughly 11 carbs per serving. I will still make it because I think it will be good, but just wanted to alert others to the possibility of the carb count being way off.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): My family loved this recipe the first time - now it's a favorite
Cons: I only use one box of cookies vs. two simply to keep carb count down

Great stuff! It quickly became a household favorite for my teenagers. Easy to make - don't know if it 'keeps'well as there is never any left when we make it.
