Ingredients: 1/2 recipe creme brulee
1 tablespoon shredded
2 tbsp sugar-free chocolate
syrup or 2 tbsp
cocoa dissolved in 1 tbsp
2 egg whites (the leftover
from the creme
brulee) beaten stiff with 1/2
cream of tartar and Splenda
to taste
How To Prepare: Pour the creme brulee in 2
muffin cups. Sprinkle the
cocunut and syrup on
top, top with the meringue
and cook in a hot oven until
browned. Serve cold.
