Ingredients: 3 tablespoons
unsweetened cocoa -- I use
only 2 sometimes
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon sugar free
peanut butter -- creamy or
6 packages artificial
How To Prepare: Melt Butter in microwave
until hot! Add cocoa first and
mix well! Mix real well! Add
AS, vanilla, cream, and
P.B. Mix well! Drop by
spoonfuls on waxed paper
and refrigerate! I
sometimes double the
recipe and freeze in ziplock
bags! Easy access!
Also, a few more ideas with
it!! You can use any no-bake
cheesecake recipe! Make
chocolate, spoon into
cupcake papers, just
enough to cover bottom a
little, spoon cheesecake in
until full! Sprinkle chopped
pecans on top! Freeze or

Also, some other mixings, I
sometimes mix in some
unsweetened coconut or
walnut or pecans or
peanuts! You take your pick!
It is out of this world!

Cons: keep them frozen

I've been making this recipe (in triplicate; I double the cocoa and add a Baker's choc. square) about every 2-3 weeks since Jan for my husband and myself. I make about 40-50 "plops" so they average 1 carb each. One or two is just right to hit the spot when you want "something". For variety try different cocoas. Dutch cocoa is very different than regular cocoa. You can also add chopped nuts, or use smooth or creamy pb.
