Ingredients: 5 Egg Yolks
3 teaspoons vanilla extract
6 splenda packets -- (6 to 8)
1/4 cup water
2 cups heavy cream --

How To Prepare: Place the first 4 ingredients
in blender. Blend at
medium speed for 30
seconds. Fold mixture into
whipped cream. Mix well but
be careful not to break
down volume of whipped
cream. pour into plastic
freezer container and
freeze. ENJOY!!

You can also add 1/4 cup of
berries to the blender, be
sure to add carbs. For
Lemon add the juice of 1
lemon to blender.
