Ingredients: 1/2 Atkins' Advantage Bar
2 tablespoons whipped
cream -- (2 to 3)

How To Prepare: The most important part of
this recipe is to use an
Atkins Advantage Bar that
you like, my favorite is
Chocolate Peanut Butter
Cup, but Almond Brownie
and Chunky Peanut Butter
taste just as good. To make
the ice cream, I take 1/2 of
an Atkins Bar and freeze it.
Next I put 2-3 dollops of
Cool Whip in a bowl. Use a
hammer to then mash up
the bar and mix it in the cool
whip. Put the whole thing in
the freezer to eat later. This
makes a kind of chunky,
flavorful ice cream for one.
To make the mousse, I
merely microwaved the
Atkins Bar for 45 seconds
or so and then mixed it up
in the cool whip. This tastes
really good, and is just
indulgent enough to make
you feel like you're eating a
hot fudge sunday. You
could probably freeze the
mousse too to make it like
ice cream.
