Ingredients: 1 package gelatin powder,
1/2 cup Hot Water
4 ounces whipped cream
1 1/2 tablespoons heavy
1 1/2 tablespoons Vanilla
1 1/2 tablespoons Vanilla
Butter-Nut extract
Stevia to taste
How To Prepare: Pour Hot water over gelatin
and stir till disolved. Next
add Stevia to
sweeten. In separate bowl,
mix "whipped" cream
cheese, heavy cream and
flavorings. Then mix in the
gelatin, stevia mixture and
mix until smooth.
Pour into 6 paper lined
muffin tins and refrigerate
until firm, approx.
3 hours.
NOTES : Counts for vanilla
butter-nut extract and stevia
not included in totals.
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: 11g carbs total
