FatCat Jello Cheesecake Reviews Date of last review 5 Wed March 26, 2008 Recommended By Average Price Average Rating 100% of reviewers None indicated 9.2 Description: Ingredients: 1 pint heavy cream 1 package sugar free lemon jello 8 ounces cream cheese 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup artificial sweetener 3/4 cup hot water How To Prepare: Mix hot water and jello, stir until dissolved. Set in refridg. until thickened but not set. While waiting for jello, mix cream cheese, Splenda and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Whip cream until done, then blend the jello, cream cheese mixture and whipped cream together. Place in 'fridge until set. I added more sweetener, though. Portion control was challenging!

This is by far my favourite low carb dessert. It is so versatile. I have used a plethora of differnt flavours of sugar-free jello and it always tastes divine.
