Description:
Ingredients: 1 stick butter -- room
temperature
2/3 cup splenda
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
8 ounces cream cheese --
room temperature
2/3 cup almond flour
How To Prepare: In a large bowl, with an
electric mixer at low speed,
cream the butter, sugar,
and vanilla extract until it
is a fine, uniform mixture,
about 5 minutes. Add eggs
one at a time, mixing until
fully incorporated. After
the last egg, mix for 2 more
minutes. Add cream
cheese
and mix lightly on slow
speed for 2 minutes. Add
flour
and mix thoroughly for
about 2 minutes. Bake in a
large,
greased casserole dish at
350ÁF for 30 minutes or until
a tester comes out clean.
Serve while hot.


This is excellent when
served either cold or at
room
temperature.
