Description:
Ingredients: 19 ounces cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons protein
powder -- sifted
1 1/2 cups artificial
sweetener
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 eggs -- separated
2 cups sour cream
How To Prepare: Beat egg whites till stiff - set
aside.
Beat egg yolks, add protein
powder, splenda and salt
and mix well. Add cream
cheese and beat well.
Add sour cream and vanilla.
Beat well. Gently fold in egg
whites. Pour into spring
form pan.
Bake at 325 for 1 1/4 hours,
turn off oven and leave in 10
more minutes.


This is an incredible
cheesecake - very New York
Style - well worth the effort!!!

Positive aspects of the product (pros): this is a great cheesecake, light and not dense like most
Cons: no negatives

great taste and texture. I used the hazelnut chocolate crust recipe with this. Everyone loved it.
