2 pounds of beef brisket
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 10 oz can of condensed beef broth
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp Splenda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp of pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
How To Prepare:
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.Cook beef for 10 minutes ,turning frequently to brown on all sides.
transfer beef to a slow cooker and pour remaing ingredients over the beef .Cover and cook for 8 to 10 hours on the low setting,or until the beef is very tender
remove the beef from the crockpot and shred using 2 forks.transfer the shredded beef back into the crockpot with the juices and keep on low or warm until ready to serve
