Description:
Ingredients: 32 ounces cream cheese
1 Cup artificial sweetener --
splenda
2 tablespoons cocoa
powder -- hershey's
unsweetened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 Eggs
How To Prepare: Soften cream cheese to
room temperature
(Submerge in hot water or
microwave if you're in a
hurry).


Preheat oven to 350
degrees.


Combine cream cheese,
cocoa, sweetener and
vanilla in large bowl and
mix on
medium speed until
smooth. Add eggs, and mix
on medium speed until
blended.


Line a 9 x 9 (or similar)
glass baking pan with
aluminum foil. Pour
mixture into dish, and bake
for 40 minutes.


Remove from oven and let
cool. Place in fridge for
several hours to
harden. Once hardened,
remove foil-wrapped
cheesecake from bowl, turn
upside
down on a platter and peel
off the foil.


Slice and serve!


Optional:
Add a few drops of
Hershey's chocolate syrup
to each piece for an added
chocolate burst with only a
couple of carbs.
