Description:
Ingredients: 1 tablespoon unsweetened
cocoa
8 packages artificial
sweetener -- splenda
6 tablespoons butter
4 ounces cream cheese
4 ounces heavy cream
2 tablespoons heavy cream
5 tablespoons sugar free
peanut butter
6 tablespoons artificial
sweetener -- spoonable
splenda
1 cup pecans -- crushed
1 cup Cool Whip¬
1 unsweetened chocolate
square


How To Prepare: Crust:
Mix pecans and 4 Tbls.
melted butter. Pour in pie
plate, spread out to
cover bottom of plate. Put in
freezer.


Chocolate Layer:
Melt 2 Tbls. butter and
unsweetened chocolate in
microwave on low setting
for approximately 2 min. Mix
in 2 Tbls. cream and 1 tsp.
vanilla. Stir
well. Add in 8 packs of
Splenda. Pour over frozen
pie crust. Put back in
refrigerator.


Peanut Butter Layer:
Mix together:
4 oz. cream cheese
1/3 cup Splenda
Mix with blender. Spread
over frozen pie.


Chocolate Whipped
Topping:
Mix 1 cup of Cool Whip, 1
tsp. vanilla, and 1 Tbls.
cocoa with spoon.
Spread on top of pie.
Refrigerate.


Optional: 1 more thin layer
of cool whip or stiffly
whipped cream.


Cut pie into 12ths. This pie
is delicious! It's very rich so
1/12th is
more than you think. The
crust tastes like a
"Drumstick." I have
personally made this and it
IS delicious. You really feel
like you
are cheating. Enjoy!!!!
