8 ounces heavy whipping
3 teaspoons diced walnuts
2 ounces Sweet N Low
Syrup -- (2 to 4)
How To Prepare:
Combine 4 oz of whipping
cream, the desired amount
of walnuts and 2 oz of syrup
whip with blender until all
ingredient are mixed and
stiff. Freeze for appx 30
minutes and serve. Note: 1) Vanilla Syrup has
1g of carbs per 2 tbsp of
syrup and Chocolate Syrup
has 6g of carbs per every 2
tbsp of syrup. Note: 2) Use 1 1/2 - 2 tsp of
Walnuts and 2 oz of Syrup
to every 4 oz of whipping
