Ingredients: 8 ounces cream cheese
1/8 cup artificial sweetener
-- carbolite
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup heavy cream -- fluid
1 cup heavy cream --
1/4 cup peanuts -- chopped

How To Prepare: Beat cream cheese until
fluffy. Mix in sweetener and
peanut butter. Slowly add
the 1/2 cup fluid cream,
mixing well. Whip
remaining 1 cup cream until
stiff. Fold whipped cream
into peanut butter mixture.
Pour into 9-inch
springform* pan. Sprinkle
with chopped peanuts.
Freeze until firm.

12 servings

*You may use a 9-inch pie
or cake pan, but it is easier
to serve after removing the
ring, from the springform

For pre-maintenance and
maintenance diet, you
might want to pour the
completed mixture into a
9-inch, homemade, graham
cracker crust, made from
sugar free graham crackers
and melted butter.
