Dissolve the gelatin in the
boiling water in a mixing
bowl. Stir well.
Cut the cheese into small
pieces and place in the
dissolved gelatin. Add
melted chocolate. Mix. Add
the vanilla, sweetener; beat
well with an electric mixer
(2+ minutes on med/hi
Pour into the prepared
muffin cups or a buttered
pie pan.. Chill until firm,
about 2-3 hours.

Positive aspects of the product (pros):
this is so easy... takes but a few minutes to throw together and is a huge hit in our house.
This recipe is so easy to make, my kids love to help and I can get it ready for potluck dinners etc..in no time. I did try this with a little twist that turned out great!! Instead of using unflavored gelatin... I used SF Rasberry flavored gelatin, along with the chocolate...and instead of baking chocolate bars, I used powdered cocoa and oil....ratios are 3 tbsp cocoa to 1 tbsp canola oil. Mix it up and dump it in. I found the conversion on the side of the can of unsweetened cocoa. This is a yummy no guilt treat for us!! Thank you!!
