Ingredients: 1 1/2 teaspoons gelatin
1 tablespoon cold water
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup half and half
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond
3 tablespoons splenda -- or
1/2 teaspoon liquid

How To Prepare: Dissolve gelatin in the cold
water for 2-3 minutes.
put rest of ingredients in a
small saucepan, and bring
just to
a boil. Take the saucepan
off the heat, and whisk in
the gelatin.
Pour through a strainer into
greased custard cups or
and chill for 6 hours. To
unmold, run a thin knife
around the
edge of the panna cotta and
- if necessary - briefly dip
cup into hot water (just a
few seconds); invert to
unmold. Serve
with strawberries or
raspberries if you're feeling
like you can
afford the extra carbs.
