Ingredients: 12 ounces cream cheese --
slightly softened
3/4 cup heavy cream
1 box s/f peach gelatin
1/4 cup DaVinci Raspberry
syrup -s/f
1/4 cup fresh raspberries
1/4 cup boiling water
How To Prepare: Beat whipping cream and
cream cheese together.
Remove 3/4 cup of the
mixture. Dissolve gelatin in
boiling water and let cool
slightly. Meanwhile,
beat syrup into the 3/4 cup
cream/cheese mixture.
Once cooled, beat the jello
into the remaining
cream/cheese mixture.

In a bowl or pie tin, spoon
1/2 of the peach mixture
and smooth. Top with the
raspberry mixture and
smooth, then finish with the
remaining peach and
smooth. With a knife, stab
straight down to the bottom
and drag the knife hrough
the mixture in a swirl
pattern(it may not show on
top - this step is optional).
Once done, scatter the
fresh berries on top.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours
before serving.
