Description:
Ingredients: 1/2 cup chunky sugar free
peanut butter
3/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 teaspoons vanilla
4 packets sugar substitute
2 tablespoons soy flour
1 teaspoon baking powder


How To Prepare: Preheat oven to 375
degrees.


Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Blend well. Spray cooking
sheet with
nonstick spray. Drop dough
by spoonfuls on sheet and
bake for about 10
minutes.
NOTES : Counts for peanut
butter not included in totals.
Number of Servings: 6

There was defintely something missing from this recipe...eggs maybe? It was very dry, lacked taste, and fell apart easily. I want to try messing with the receipe to see if I can get a better product out of it.
