Ingredients: Cake:
1/2 cup pumpkin
1 1/4 cups artificial
sweetener -- splenda
1/2 cup soy flour
1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 eggs
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup artificial sweetener --
1 teaspoon vanilla

How To Prepare: Mix cake ingredients and
spread onto buttered
wax paper on a small
(9"x13") cookie sheet. Bake
at 350 deg F for 15 min. Let
cool only 2 min.,
turn over and peel off wax
paper. Spread with
filling to edges and roll up
carefully while still
warm. Wrap in wax paper
and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Slice off ends before
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: 86g carbs total
