Description:
Ingredients: 3 bars cream cheese
(softened)
3 eggs
1 small box sugar-free
raspberry jello

How To Prepare: With a hand mixer or food
processor, mix ingredients
thoroughly.
Place in a pie pan and bake
for 30-35 minutes at 350
degrees.

It's pretty simple to make
and VERY good. The only
carb count
would be the cream
cheese. Enjoy!

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Very simple
Cons: Egg overtone to finished cake, haven't figured out how to get rid of it.

This recipe is a great, fast way to provide a LC dessert with little effort. I don't like to cook much so easy and fast are important to me.

This is VERY nasty.IMO..I think 3 boxes of jello would do better, just 1 don't make it sweet AT all..Maybe some sweetner also.
