Your choice of nuts (i.e. almonds, pecans, macadamia, cashews, etc.)
2-3 egg whites
How To Prepare:
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Spread nuts evenly in a 9x13 pan. Whip egg whites. With a kitchen brush, spread egg whites over nuts. Sprinkle on desired amount of sugar substitue and salt. Bake in oven for about 15 minutes or until it looks like the egg whites are baked onto the nuts. Let cool.
