Ingredients: 16 ounces cream cheese
1 package s/f jell-o gelatin,
lime flavor -- or cherry,
lemon, or any fruit flavor
1/4 cup hot water
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons splenda -- or
3 packtes
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-Bran¨ Cereal --
*see Note
3 tablespoons artificial
sweetener -- splenda, 6
1/4 cup hot water -- more if
How To Prepare: To make crust: crush cereal
and mix with splenda and
water. Press into
a pie tin that has been
sprayed with Pam.
Refrigerate until ready to fill.
You may need to add more
water to make it plyable
enough to press into the tin.
Add a little at a time until it
makes a workable dough.
In a small bowl, dissolve
jello in hot water. Add milk,
extract and lemon juice and
stir well. In a large bowl,
beat cream cheese for 30
seconds. Beat in jello
mixture for another 30
Pour into prepared bran
crust and smooth top.
Refrigerate until set
-about 1-2 hours.
