Place butter on a sheet of parchment or waxed paper. Add garlic to butter and mix thoroughly.
Add cheese to garlic butter mixture and mix until it forms a thick paste. Spread this mixture on parchment to form a thin pancake.
Microwave on high for 1 min 20 secs. Remove from microwave. Cheese crisp mixture should be uniformly brown. If there are still white areas left, return to microwave and microwave until entire crisp is brown.
Let cool for 2 minutes, then enjoy!
For variety, you may also add 1/4 tsp. of roasted Sesame seeds to mixture before microwaving.
