Description:
Ingredients: 1 slice ham -- lunchmeat - boiled Danish ham works great)
Cream cheese -- softened
Garlic powder
How To Prepare: Make sure surface of ham is somewhat dry and then spread thin layer over the top of the ham.


Sprinkle with garlic powder. Then roll up the ham and put in refrigerator for about an hour.


Then, with sharp knife, cut the ham rolls into _ inch slices and serve pinwheel side up on an appetizer tray. Or gobble them up before you even put them in the fridge.


Lo's variation: spread cream cheese on ham slice and roll around a green onion.
